1. What kind of service do you offer?

2. Why are your prices higher than other Chinese competitors?

At first, some of our customers feel the prices are higher than other Chinese competitors. It is mainly because Chinese products are always thought to be cheap with low-grade. It was. But as a joint-venture company with German, biousing only produce high quality products. We use German & Japanese machines to produce high quality moulds. We use such famous brands as sumimoto injection machines to produce biousing plastic products. We have confidence in assuring our customers that if you use biousing products, you will order again for its high quality.

We believe that quality can bring our customers good credit. We have compared biousing products with Costar, BD and Nunc and found that we really can compete with them. All the data are objective and can be accessed on the website http://www.biousing.biz. So if compared with other Chinese products, the price might be higher.  But if comparing biousing with the well-known international brands, you will think the price is pretty good. We also have quality control system that specialized analysts with more than 8 years of cell cure experience taking care of the quality. This gives you a better assurance of the long-term cooperation.

Actually we have powerful R&D department. We have patents and are granted funds by Chinese National Science and Technology Ministry. You will find more unique products from biousing in the future. So if you cooperate with us, you will get more profit than what you can get now.

We always suggest that distributors let their customers who they trust the most try biousing products first. If they say they are good, you can think about further collaboration. 3. How do you sterilize your products?

All of the PS or PP products are sterilized with gamma irradiation. If the product contains glass, we sterilize them with epoxy ethane because glass would change color after irradiation.

4. Are your products designed by yourself? Do you have any fund or intellectual property rights?

Most of the common used products have their own international standard. We just follow those criteria. We are granted funds by Chinese National Science and Technology Ministry. Biousing has rich research experience and owns many intellectual property rights. We are exploring the market with new products. biousing’s tenet is to build up international brand, to develop with creativity and to become the industry pioneer. Our commission is to make your experiments easier.

5. How do you ensure the consistent quality between batches?

We emulate GMP management including SOPs, QA, QC and archive system to supervise the whole production process. Both hardware and software guarantee the international standards and epitomize our commitment to the customers. We offer bath per batch inspection report to ensure the quality consistency. The report can be accessed by sending an email to info@biousing-inc.com. Our analysts are well-experienced cell culture and molecular biology technicians. We have all the instruments required for cell culture inspection as well as other inspection issues like pyrogen test and DNase-RNase test.
