Test 3. Evaluation Of ELISA Plate

Aim
To evaluate ELISA effect of biousing ELISA plates with brand C and to obtain CV value of biousing paltes.

Materials and methods

Materials:

ELISA paltes
biousing and brand C ELISA plates were tested in this experiment. 5 plates of each type and brand were tested in this experiment.

Reagents
Human IgG, Goat-anti-human antibodies and TMB were from Zhongshan Biotech Co., LTD.

Instrument
ELIASA is from Beijing Pulang Novotech Co., LTD.

Method:

96 well ELISA plates were tested by classic ELISA. Briefly, coat the plates with 8ug/ml human IgG. Then the plates were blocked and added with goat-anti-human IgG-HRP. TMB was added as substrate. sulphuric acid was used to stop the reaction. The plates were read at 450-630nm. The experiments were repeated 5 times.

Results

The data were shown in table 5.

Table 5 absorbance of ELISA plates at 450-630nm:

* Significant difference (P<0.05)

The CV value at 450-630nm was 3.4%.

Conclusion

From the above data we can conclude that the binding capacity of biousing 96-well ELISA plate is better than that of Brand C. The CV value is below average value 5%.
